Google Drive can be used by students in that it is an easier way to input information within the file and pull it up whenever it needs to be looked at or updated .  It is easy  to use and can be used by anyone .Google Drive is also good in the sense that it constantly saves data so the students will not have to worry about constantly saving their work in the file .

In comparison Zoho from a first glance has much more to offer than Google Drive. Zoho offers sales and marketing, customer service and support , email and collaboration, finances, human resources, and  business process. After signing up for Zoho and looking around the website I preferred Google Drive over Zoho because the website is a lot easier to use than Zoho. There is even more useful instructions on Google Drive than on Zoho which is an element that I like to have .
